where you could design your CTB to be found in the street by someone?

Like could you do SN and time it to collapse in a specific place?

I would personally do it in a hotel, not a street. In the streets, people will be out at almost all hours so it will be nearly impossible to carry out your ctb discretely. On the contrary, in hotels, you can notify the hotel staff that you don't want to be disturbed and no one will suspect a thing. They'll only stwrt questioning whats wrong when you stayed in the room longer than the time that you booked it for. Then they'll check but by that time, you'll be long gone.
