Can you succeed without Benzo? Yes.

For CTB, you need "only" pure SN, and antiemetics are highly recommended.

Among other things, Benzo reduces potential panic, so this can increase the likelihood of success, but Benzo is not essential.

This is a completely individual matter and everyone should analyze the subject and make their own decision.
