There are different types of anti-emetics, some are antihistamines, some are dopamine antagonists, others are both. The antihistamines can only treat nausea caused by motion sickness, they won't be effective for SN.
Dramina and Dramamine are just different brand names of the same drug - Dimenhydrinate. This is the antihistamine type so it wouldn't work with SN.
You'd need the dopamine antagonist type of anti-emetic which treats nausea caused by migraines, surgery or chemotherapy:
Metoclopramide
Bromopride
Clebopride
Droperidol
Prochlorperazine (Buccastem)
Buccastem can be bought from a pharmacy without a prescription.
