I can't access the e-mail address this account is attached to.

I try to create a new account and it's rejected even though the FAQ says we are free to create new accounts.

The FAQ clearly says

Alternate Accounts: You can only have one account. If you must create another, please PM a mod, don't do it without discussing it first or you'll be banned on both.
