Apple seeds contain small amounts of cyanide. Healthline.com says:
You would need to finely chew and eat about 200 apple seeds, or about 40 apple cores, to receive a fatal dose.

I'm still researching this method but I would like to know what do you guys think? Does anyone know of a successful CTB using this method? Is it a non-method? Will it take so long for the person to die?

It doesn't really sound possible or viable for an ordinary person, another thread discussing it. I think you'd need to extract something.

I was actually just looking this up earlier today lol. Honestly, wouldn't recommend, it would take over 1,000 apples to actually get enough seeds.
