I read "Death fruits" instead of "Daily fruits" today on an ad. That definitely reminded me...

RICH celebrities(not your average person who doesn't have money to spend on cosmetic surgery, stuff to slow down aging etc). Then and now.

I honestly don't think they look that bad. Ok, Cathy Lee Crosby looks like a synthetic handbag left in a hot car, but by and large, they're not that bad. Jeez, they're 40 fucking years older.

It's not that I'm saying they look like shit but pointing out what they lost. And I'm not a very shallow person. But most people are very shallow so over time, people will treat them differently and not in a positive way. They will notice. And every time, they look in the mirror, they will see what they lost. And that must be painful for people who aren't delusional.

I get it. Ageing is hard, believe me.

And these people are rich celebrities. Not your average Joe or Sally or whatever. So imagine what the average person has to go through. The average person will have so much more horrible stuff to deal with on their plate.

That's somewhat true. Some of them end up looking so bizzare because they're over surgicalized and have too many fillers. That's why Madonna has such a weirdly puffy face and why Burt Reynolds looked like his face was being pulled back by g-force acceleration. Sometimes it's not an advantage.

Some of them end up unrecognizable. Like Sylvester Stallone's mom. Yikes.
Meg Ryan and Priscilla Presley are super fucked up looking.

What? She's still fucking alive? The survival instinct really does suck.

That is like a survival instinct on steroids.
Some people really like being alive.

Kirk Douglas is 102 and he always looks like he's in genuinely great spirits. Different mindset.

I guess having lots of $$$ could make it tolerable... But a lot of people who seem happy are just putting up a facade.

I don't think most people are all that hung up about losing their looks. It's an adjustment for me though. I used to look okay but I can definitely see myself deteriorating when I look in the mirror. It's just a straight downward shot from here which I'm not excited about. In my case though, my physical health is bad and my brain feels like it's slipping all the time. Plus I have horrible personal and financial circumstances, and no future at all to look forward to. I feel that time is running out because my health and general life situation only ever get worse.

Yes, rotting in isolation with no one to even talk to 24/7 month after year. Endure constant suffering or end my life and amazingly overcome the SI, which one might it be.

When I realized that I have a two STEM degrees that I would not fully utilize and would likely wage slave until I die, coupled with other shitty life circumstances (couldn't make real friends even if I wanted to, let alone a relationship -- not that I care at this point, but it's sad that I don't have that capability whereas for the vast majority of people it's natural not forced and easy), I realized my life is over. Now it's just standby for me (already have my method) until things become unbearable, then it's lights out for me.

Remembering that no matter how hard I work people will always have it easier than me. The only difference is that they'll take what they have for granted. And knowing that I have really bad anxiety, social skills, and I can barely function as a human being.
