Anyone who doesn’t like celebrating their birthdays but still have to for certain reasons?

I don't like to celebrate my birthday probably like a lot of people around here but I kinda have to if I am with family because I don't want to answer their questions that will come up if I tell them that.
I don't want them to know about the state that I perpetually am in.

I experience this too, I largely hate celebrating my birthday but I don't tell any of my friends this at all and act like I do to avoid questions most of the time. Birthdays were ruined for me years ago
