As a kid, this was one of my punishments.

I've been having to use cold showers anyway because my skin and eyes burning all the time.
It's nice in the summer.

I usually take a hot shower and finish by quickly rinsing myself with cold. It helps so much to not feel cold after going out and it helps the immune system too. 10/10 would recommend it

I've enjoyed cold showers for a while now. I like to sit in them until the cold starts to feel normal, then it's relaxing.
I used to do this before school after seeing a video that claimed it stimulates your brain or something. It's also supposed to be good for your hair. I don't fancy it now, though.

No, I don't even like being wet so I find showering in general a chore. I avoid things like pools too, even though I can swim fine. I never really thought about that before tbh, but could be a symptom of depression.
Only if I had no other choice. I hate cold water on me lol! I like my showers pretty hot although I've met pple who like theirs even hotter. Like where it literally burns. Then there's some people I've met that like lukewarm showers. I'm the person who goes to the indoor pool center and sits in the hot tub b4 jumping in the cold pool lol! It seems to help to get myself really hot then jump into the pool, it feels better. I know right I'm a wimp, very sensitive.

Lol this made me laugh. I wasnt traumatized by cold water, I wasn't water boarded or anything but I fuckin love yoga haha, didn't find it helpful to relieve "cold shower PTSD" tho lmaoo.

We all know, kids have to be punished, time to time otherwise they grew up to be like wild retarded animals. But there is a difference between cutting off their allowance money and other privileges every time, they do something wrong and treating them like evil monsters who are lower than dogs and cats every time they make you angry... If you raise someone to be an evil monster, nothing good can come from that... Because the end result wont be a civilized human being...
