Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this. I started following the news about the virus since early January. Even though I am currently investigating methods, I have not been suicidal at all this year. And that's incredibly unusual for me not to think about it every day. I realized that my curiosity about the state of the world is greater than my desire to die. I will be sticking around as long as possible, just because I want to see what happens. This is the most interesting time to be alive, even if it is difficult and painful. With that said, I don't feel safe without an exit during the pandemic. My morbid curiosity is keeping me here, but I have great fear that I will need to check out and won't have a method available to me.

How has the pandemic affected your plans? Are you more eager to get out, or are you curious, like me?

I'm still suicidal, have been much more in the past, I'm curious about the outcome of all this as well, but mostly because I find it a bit amusing to see the society falling apart.
But if it takes too long...

I've had to detach emotionally to be able to cope with the chaos, but I agree that it's amusing in a way. I have very conflicting feelings about collapse, and I have to observe it as though I am not a part of it. I plan on sticking it out for at least a year, but that depends on my personal situation.

I have conflicting feelings too, I don't like to see people suffer, but I find the idea of a global collapse amusing. Sometimes I wonder if I'm a bad person...

If I could, I would postpone to see how it will be after the chaos ends. I know for sure the economy will be highly affected, but not gonna lie, I'd like to see how some people that have their nose up so high will be after feeling death's breath up close.

Honestly I hope this pandemic gets worse and in a strange way feel happy when I hear about things getting worse ( I only follow the progress in my country) I want to see the economy go to dumps and the hope that the society will collapse completely makes me feel happy.... I feel I am a bad person to have these thoughts but somehow can't help but fell this way.
Edit: I apologise if I have hurt someone with my post.. But I have nowhere else to express my true feelings but here.
