Just curious about this one. I barely eat anymore, I drink water but food just doesnt interest me anymore.
I eat a piece of cheese every few days. I should try to get some ensure or something. My arms are pretty much bone at this point. :( I drink water at least.I find that when I'm anxious, worried, fearful or more depressed than usual, yes, I hardly eat. Sometimes I have to force myself to have a smoothie or nutritional supplement. I would not say food doesn't interest me though. There are times when I have a good appetite, but lately it has been extremely low. I usually would smoke pot to get an appetite & lift my mood, but lately that's not always working.

Yes when I lose my appetite or even when I jump to the other extreme and mindlessly eat, I often lose all taste.Yeah maybe try protein shakes.
I know loss of appetite is a sign of depression, but I think I've also read it dulls/losses sense of taste as well.

I often had to think of that quote, lol. I don't know why I even care really. Unfortunately I'm kind of vain for a guy in his mid thirties. Not like majorly but I want to be a good looking middle aged dude in the future, provided I make it to that point. I recently discovered some new gray hair so that kind of messed with me too.
