When they are around take your food normally. If you are alone at food-time, just take three/four spoons of food so that your stomach doesn't cause trouble. I used to do that way. Skipping meals completely caused a lot of probs. for me. Eat snacks(junk foods) which add nothing to your body. Don't allow others to take it. Act as if you love it. It gives an impression that you eat only the foods you like, and also covers you if you take less food occasionally..but usually people notice if you take less food often. Take the extra piece if you are among people, they notice.
When I faced this problem, I was just involved in searching resources for me. Food used to annoy me really. I used to feel it as a waste of time..It used to piss me off when people pointed me out on taking less food. Ultimately, I wanted to ctb, why would I increase my mass and make it difficult for me? Lol. Also am never interested in food(Some people will be). I used to make it fast so that less time gets wasted on it. But, some people (around me) assumed 'time spent' and 'amount of food taken' are directly proportional. I used to spend a lot time eating those few spoons of food. But yeah.. some people notice this too. Once in a while, buy yourself some drink, take it when you are among people.
