They are almost certainly fake. You can't just buy such things as easily as this, especially not on the clearnet. Sorry. It would seem too good to be true but I'd love to be proved wrong.

From what I read, there is no way to get N at the moment unfortunately. But I'm pretty sure that if it was that easy to get N, then most of us here would already be gone. It would be so ideal though if those websites actually sold N, it's so sad how such peaceful methods exist yet we are denied the option of them.

According to peacefulmeds website, they do accept PayPal, which might suggest they're legit. Also, they have been around for several years which sounds positive. But I can't verify if they're legit. I'm undecided if it's worth taking the risk to place an order.
