I don't have this particular condition, but I think you'll find many here with chronic illness (which I do have).

I ended up with pudendal neuralgia after compressing my pudendal nerve repeatedly on a stationary bike over a period of months. Researched it and couldn't get any straight answers. I finally got some relief from a local physical therapist's practice who specializes in pelvic floor therapy. They more commonly treat post-pregnancy women but my kind of nerve compression injury was also really common among bikers they said.

My issues were partly because I had muscles that were seized up and applying constant ongoing pressure to the nerve. They did a pretty long course of somewhat invasive and unpleasant therapy over months and it helped a lot. I can still feel it and I can't ride narrow bike seats at all anymore but it improved enough that it doesn't affect my quality of life anymore.

It was really stubborn to treat and can take a long time... hope you are able to get some relief.
