I've got a few physical conditions. Mental also, but I think that's obvious, considering that I'm on this forum.

It's been like this for years. Each year is worse than the previous one.

I visited many specialists and they couldn't resolve the issue. I gave up on trying. I just let it go. At the same time I'm scared these issues will get me sooner or later. I have no one to rely on. No family, no friends etc. But also I got too lazy (or however you want to name it) to keep trying with doctors.

I just don't see my future in any bright colors.

I was wondering if anyone is in similar situation.

Yup. 4 years ago I discovered the cause of my progressive life long chronic illness (during a test for a very similar cause/condition). In these last 4 years I figured out the exact surgery to fix it and what kind of specific surgeon I would need (via getting scraps of info from asshole doctors and medical journals and such.)
I've been verbally abused by many surgeons (lost count at 20), told I'm crazy, told they won't do what actually amounts to an almost risk-free surgery with a nonzero chance to reduce if not cure my chronic illness because they "don't feel comfortable", told that they care more about the risk to their careers (which is totally imaginary btw) than my life, etc etc etc.
Last year I just ran out of hope and energy.

Undiagnosed stomach pain that doctors think I'm being too dramatic about so I gave up. I am just enduring it however I can now. I think I threw the towel a bit too soon because the same happened with psychiatrists until I found one willing to listen. I don't want to go through that again.

An issue in my jaw that needs surgery and leads to pain, bruxism, headaches. I can't afford the surgery but I could try paying for healthcare when I get a job and get it done, but I see no point going through such a procedure. Being unable to speak or eat solid food for more than a month, all of it for a life I'm not sure I'm gonna live. Sounds pointless

Have you ever tried, or considered going to a chiropractor? While there's never any guarantees, and all depending on how actute / or severe, it is... There may be a possibility that it could at least provide some temporary relief. There are a lot of factors at play though.

Chronic conditions getting worse for me too. Can't work, can't drive, tired of docs telling me it's anxiety when I have imaging showing problems in my spine and labs showing problems that get brushed off as "not too bad". Can't afford treatment, can't afford transportation, so I'm here looking for ctb options

Yes I have. I stopped going. I need to find a new chiro. They're expensive though. It's good for some pain relief.

I was playing the game of seeing every specialist with no definitive answers for a few years. I just got a diagnosis last week that covers most of what I've been going through, though there are still some lingering problems that don't seem to fit into the main diagnosis. I'm on medication and have been given some lifestyle changes that can help ease the symptoms, but I've given up on following them. Why take care of myself when the goal is to die? I often get tempted to cancel all of my future appointments and no longer receive medical care. Though the benefit of continuing to seek care is that I've wound up getting prescribed a few medications that have high CTB success rates, so I now have an arsenal of potentially lethal medications that if I go overkill and use partial hanging after downing all of them I'll be gone.
