Used to be a member there, then I got well for a while only to fall back into the abyss again. By then, the sub has already been banned. Sigh...

Yep I literally just saw a 'life get better' post but this time he/she said that it will always 100% get better for everyone no matter what. No ifs or buts in their ignorance.I used to browse the site, but I dislike the soulless 'life gets better' comments every post gets there. I prefer the open-minded mindset people on here have got.

I visited/read it regularly until this site was created and all of the three subreddits ("Sanctioned Suicide", "Free To Go", "Life Is Wonderful") were banned.
You know what folks:
"It not only gets better but it gets better and then even better"
I heard that standing outside a group therapy session. Don't know what they were in for. I would have run away very fast had I been in that room. Or been sick.
This. I hate people trying to "save you".I used to browse the site, but I dislike the soulless 'life gets better' comments every post gets there. I prefer the open-minded mindset people on here have got.
"Life Is Wonderful" was banned within a few days, unfortunately.I don't think I ever saw "Life Is Wonderful"
"Free To Go" was created by the moderators of "Sanctioned Suicide" (the subreddit) after they were banned/removed from(?) "Time To Go".Is "Free To Go" Different from "Time To Go" ?

So mainstream is at it again, censoring talk about suicide that's not sanctioned by the State? And then they're scratching their heads wondering why, year after year, the suicide rates are INCREASING. As if they didn't learn censorship doesn't solve problems with the other societal censorship failures...
I am and this is why my original name is thrw_a_way1221221. Nowadays I just refer to myself as TAW122 for simplicity. Anyways, yes, it is a shame that reddit and their draconian policies has curbed and censored free speech all in the name of suicide prevention and violence prevention. I was on TTG (the subreddit after r/SS has been banned) for a while but then it turned to shit once again due to reddit admins' meddling and pro-life meddling shit, that I've migrated here. This is our safe haven and this place has helped me through some of the darkest times in my life.
I wonder what pro-lifers think about the fact that by banning r/SS they helped create a forum with much less restrictions.
The more you try to take something away … the more people will want it.
Unfortunately, that's how I feel about sugar...
