Most people who have decent enough English will be from North America or Europe. But yes, there are quite a few from the UK.

Quite a few UK users respond to UK specific posts/questions.
I don't see much Ireland specific though, some.
It is a US based site after all.
How did you come to that conclusion?

Also a lot of people might be pretending to be "generic English" ie. American to stay anonymous.
