And wants to ctb cus of it?
On what aspects is the UK below average?Yes the UK.
Pushing more and more people in to poverty, food poverty energy poverty. Keeping people down with low wages. Food banks being used by people who hold down full time employment, I've heard of nurses and emergency services people using food banks. The state of some rental housing full of mold and damp and if you complain they kick you out. Lack of affordable housing. Unrealistic house prices kept high because they won't ever build enough houses. High tax rates. I think 15 people per day ctb in the UK, probably more but they don't update the figures. On what aspects is the UK below average?
mold illness is no joke, I've known someone's daughter get chronic seizures as a direct result from being raised in such inhumane conditions.Pushing more and more people in to poverty, food poverty energy poverty. Too embarassed to say it, its so stupid and absurdly demotivating tooMay I ask what aspects of your country are making you want to ctb?
I considered going to Europe to get hypothermia but it's expensive.I'm from Russia, one of the most suicidal countries on planet Earth.
Which country you from? And wants to ctb cus of it?
I'm considering hypothermia as well, but, without a car, finding and getting to a secluded location is very difficultI considered going to Europe to get hypothermia but it's expensive.
I would say Brazil is not bad compared to India , Madagascar, African countries like Sudan, Somalia and much more, Syria, Iraq and the list goes onBrazil. it's actually pretty funny to hear that some other countries in this thread consider themselves to be third world... you should stay a day in brazil with a slave job and a barely functioning house which holds 4+ people to see what 3rd world means
visiting is completely different from living... just like most third world countries there are parts meant for tourists to see and the parts we actually live in. its really kind of naive to say it isn't that bad when you've been here only as a tourist and i say this kindly (as in i'm not calling you naive specifically!! but brazilian tourism really makes people see things through rose colored lenses)I would say Brazil is not bad compared to India , Madagascar, African countries like Sudan, Somalia and much more, Syria, Iraq and the list goes on
I have been to Brazil it is ain't bad!
you're absolutely right about that. still it's hell to live in when you're part of these places with "bad living conditions". life here is really unfairI was living in Brazil for 2 years and I have been to many countries, I am not saying Brazil is the best because I know some parts of Brazil have bad living conditions but there are a lot of other countries which is so bad in terms living conditions, war, drought and political chaos compared to Brazil!
Life is not fair in western countries too, you may think that other side of the grass is good but you never know until you go to the other side, I lived both the side it ain't fair anywhere!visiting is completely different from living... just like most third world countries there are parts meant for tourists to see and the parts we actually live in. its really kind of naive to say it isn't that bad when you've been here only as a tourist and i say this kindly (as in i'm not calling you naive specifically!! but brazilian tourism really makes people see things through rose colored lenses)
brazil invests a lot in tourism, but rio is also one of the most violent cities in the world for a reason. people have been here for the world cup and loved it. the city was completely transformed for tourists while the cup lasted. the place they were at was always safe and beautiful. it's simply all fake. when it was over, it was back to being hell.
most of us leave the house everyday deeply fearful thinking about how we could be coming back home later without our cellphones, our money and we all know someone who had a gun pointed at our heads at some point in their lives. and it's not just paranoia, sadly.
however i do agree that it's not as bad as the countries you mentioned specifically! it's still hell to live in though and it'd take much weight off my mental health if i could leave, but that's another issue: most of us can't and will never be able to afford that.
in summary, living in third world countries just adds up one more big thing to the list of reasons why someone would want to ctb.
