Aight, it's safe to say I've done some research in this whole inert gas area. For starters, depending on what gas you're opting for, getting your hands on a cylinder is rough here. Like, really rough. Helium is comparatively easier, as you can probably borrow one cylinder from a mall or something. Making a plastic bag with a tube attached to it will be difficult , so you'll probably need someone experienced. SN and similar options are, if not anything else, far simpler.
