Help Anyone from germany and willing to share potential methods?

So, as the title already suggests, I am looking for anyone who is from germany/europe and would like to share his expertise on how to painlessly ctb here as I am slowly edging closer to my limit.
Getting SN is practically impossible from what i've found, guns are even harder to get. Fentanyl OD might be somewhat feasible?

Burning charcoal inside of a closed or small closed room could work and be pretty peaceful since it would likely result in carbon monoxide poisoning. Had a friend I met from this site back when I used my old account who lived in Germany and was planning on it, but she ended up dying from a condition she had instead, so I don't know if it will work 100%, but it's one thing that could work I think. I hope this is atleast somewhat helpful.
