Anyone experiment with alcohol and low suspension hanging?

I'm starting to get pretty intoxicated myself right now. Like I feel so numb...I feel like a fuckin ball of cotton, it's pretty great actually. I feel like ctb would be amazingly easy and calming if I felt like this. Like. I'm kinda excited. What was your experience with trying or experimenting with ctb while intoxicated?

This may sound weird but...I think being intoxicated would make it feel more enjoyable. Just because your in this whole numb, "who cares" mood. Non intoxicated = fighting off the survival instinct full force. Though I hear alcohol makes some more sad? So maybe going out won't feel as peaceful for them....? Idk but going out peaceful is my goal

Does anyone kow if high intoxication affectsN's ability? I heard it can actually increase the potency, but is there any eisk of the alcohol in the stomach mixing with the N and it become less effective?
Hanged myself over a tree after chugging down a bottle of whiskey and it was quite eventful lol. I could feel my body numbing out even though the rope was in the wrong position. After about 15 secs or so my survival instinct kicked in and started convulsing a little dangling around and threw up in my mouth, swallowed and then back out. I lunged myself over to a branch and managed to hold on long enough until I used my knife to cut the rope. My body was shaking so much I couldn't get down the tree so I jumped and ended up spranging my ankle. As I got down I threw up some more and then just layed there on the ground for like 30 mins trying to breathe.

I always try hanging with alcohol. Imo, there's a sweet spot, for me. Once, I hadn't drank much at all and I almost died, but I got loose because as my vision was blacking out/getting light spots, I thought I heard my bf's car lock.
I had wanted to do it if he'd been gone longer.. I knew he'd try to save me.
The rest of the times, I've gotten too drunk. I threw up mid hang once, it was awful. Sometimes I passed out before even getting the rope, sometimes my chest was pounding and i felt sick, but my mind wasn't subdued enough.
I haven't found that sweet spot again and it's been a year. I'm going to try again tomorrow.
Other than hanging, I've tried mixing alcohol with other prescription drugs and OTC drugs, and that never works. I've also tried tying bags around my head but I always tear them off in my sleep. If I ever have a chance to try that again, I'd like to find a way to tie my hands behind my back.

Doing it sober is very very difficult. The moment vision begins to fade away and the mind loses control over all voluntary actions it becomes too scary to continue. I have tried in push-up position, in muslim prayer like position, standing and leaning forward(as shown in the video that is in the hanging megathread), sitting down and leaning forward, lying down on the belly both away from and towards the point of suspension and each and everytime I hit the "sweet spot" compressing the carotids perfectly and leaving the windpipe open. But have never been able to go through with it because of the stupid survival instinct.
Doing it with a small amount of alcohol is also not going to be of much help. If you drink too much, then you will become too disoriented to set everything up properly.
This method is a pain in the neck, pun intended : )

I am sorry to read all the trouble you went through. Full suspension is a sure fire way to go but can be very trublesome like in your experience. Partial suspension, if done right, can be swifter and less painful. And if you throw up you can easily release the noose and vomit properly ! : )

Would have worked if my belt hadn't come loose. I remember feeling very minimal pain as I was hanging. Definitely would drink first again when I finally hang again

Standing leaning forwards into the belt. I'm sure that helped a little but when I had tried it before it was much more painful than the night I passed out

I have found one problem with standing and leaning forward. It all goes smoothly until the moment you are just about to lose consciousness completely. At that moment the legs shake violently and the body goes down and it hurts like hell and also the ligature gets in a very V shape around the neck and misses the carotids thereafter. I mean when the legs go limp it becomes almost impossible to continue as you haven't lost consciousness completely and the body pulls down on the neck and it hurts. How to get through this?
