I'm not scared of the dark, but my sleep is constantly disturbed by strange dreams. Sleeping with the light on sucks too and it gives me a massive headache.
Sleeping in the dark is a non-issue for me, I do identify with the strange dreams, they have become so vivid and regular (particularly within the last 90 days) that I just avoid going to bed like the plague at this point.
