im not even that deprived and the pain of life is so concentrated that I feel like bashing my head against the wall or ctb ASAP to stop the madness. I'll feel less bad after sleep

I feel so sped up and hyper alert. I'm tuned into everything and it's HORRIBLE

Sleep deprivation can increase the chances of acting on suicidal inclinations because it inhibits your ability to think "rationally"....whatever that means. To escape the pain of life that comes with being awake is why I use sleeping pills liberally. They're too weak to kill me but at least they taste good.

Hard to tell the difference - I always feel sleep-deprived. And I always feel like it stops me from going ahead with it.

Sometimes, but I also feel like my cognitive and motor function suffers so it may make it more difficult to achieve my method, which requires some level of motor function to pull off effectively. (e.g. steady and calm hands while holding the firearm and not to jerk/sudden movement when squeezing the trigger while the barrel is aimed at the correct angle.)
