Has anyone application for euthanasia due to physical illness being denied by dignitas or Pegasus. What were the forma reasons?

I literally have one recent specialist letter that explains my condition. I was diagnosed back in 2015 but all I have to show that is a chart list. The diagnoses letter from 2015 is not on the system. I just doubt this will be enough. How much paperwork did they require from you?

On the website they make promises of helping people weary of life. The reality is very different it seems. Didn't think that will be marketing in death also. Please do let us know about your age for the too young. I am 42.
