My dream was to be a historian but social anxiety crushed it. Anyone who love reading/watching history?
I'm the opposite. I like all the facts, figures, and maps. I dislike narrative-style history writing or those WW2 documentaries that are old guys talking about their experience.Mostly interested in personal stories, as places and dates don't resonate with me, but human experience does

I used to be, it was kind of my job. I was more interested in prehistory. But things moved on...
