any tips on helium inhalation method?
I have a cylinder with 0.25m³ of pure helium.
I completely close the exit bag, fastening it with an elastic band around my neck that allows air to come out when I breathe, but that does not allow it to enter when I open the cylinder valve. correct?

Thanks for the answer, but I have doubts about the helium of party balloons, I heard that they are not pure and that I should look for an industrial supplier.
Do they say this based on assumptions or on recorded cases?
I've seen news of children who accidentally died from inhaling the gas from party balloons.

For this reason I sent you a thread where you can find answers to all your questions.
You need helium or nitrogen with a purity of at least 2.8 = 99,8% or higher.

Which is better between argon and nitrogen? I found a supplier of cylinders for industrial welding, I asked a welder and he said that it is very rare to have oxygen in these cylinders

That´s the difference between party balloon gas and professional gas.
I can't tell you anything about Argon. But some members mentioned you can use it too. Most use helium or nitrogen.

I found a cylinder of 2 cubic meters, I would adjust it to 15 liters per minute and it would have 2 hours of flow, correct?
I saw this calculation here on the forum, but I'm not finding it.

I can´t help you with the exit bag or hood. You better post this question here:

Are you sure there is enough gas there? Sounds a bit low to me.

I've already given up on that 0.25 cylinder.
I found a 2 meter industrial cylinder of nitrogen for mig welding, certified to be oxygen free.

I'm so grateful for the help, now I'm sure it's going to work.
I was worried about not finding a reliable option and having to use a firearm, I would have to go to a lonely place and shoot myself in the head.
By the way, anyone who finds this through the search, I would like to inform you that the best way to shoot yourself in the head is to put the gun in your mouth, tilt slightly up and to the left to hit the cerebellum.
shooting from the side the bullet can land in the ear.
If you shoot in the forehead there is a possibility of survival.
In the cerebellum it's game over.
