Alcohol can help, but not always. Drugs, depending on method, again, can/cannot help. You need the right mind set. If you're not ready, then it won't happen. And if you do "chicken" out, that's ok. When you're ready, you will be at peace. May you find it, in this life, or the next.

A to-do list of things and do one by one trying not to think much.
Thinking makes it more difficult, I guess just do it , like drinking N....
You need to set a date so you can start the antiemetics regime, and then the opening of the bottles, drinking honey or something and drinking N, then alcohol , chocolate...

You can't get xanax thru the NHS, you need to go private. For other benzos, you can go to your gp.

I feel like GP's are so hesitant to prescribe benzo's in the UK though. Went to mine as I had/have quite bad insomnia and she wouldn't even prescribe sleeping pills/benzos when I had a legitimate reason.

I've had xanax off the dark web but someone bought it on behalf of me, and I'd feel bad messaging someone else to buy it knowing I'm going to use it to ctb and they could possibly be held liable. Hopefully the darknet isn't to hard to use

It's pretty easy, find a reputable seller located in the UK so you can bypass customs and expedite delivery.
