I am wondering what are the methods people from my country to ctb. Maybe they can recommend me a method in Turkey's conditions. Anyone here?

Bir ara daha iyi hissetmeye başladım gerçi sonra yine eski haline döndü, keşke mental olarak en kötü hale gelsem de en yakın zamanda ölsem. Sizin için hayat nasıl?
