I was thinking about stabbing my stomach and bleed out, but still wondering if there are any other better methods. I understand that it might be slow and painful. If there's a better one I'll ctb tmr.

Bleeding out is not a good method at all. It takes a long time and you'd have to cut extremely deep to lose enough blood. It's also very painful, unless you don't care about that. I personally wish it was a better method as that's the one I'd probably choose, but sadly despite years of self harm, I still can't cut too deep bc of my survival instinct.
