Sometimes if I can't sleep I'll go sit in a comfy chair and just chill in the dark lol. That's about as close as I get to meditating, it's kind of peaceful. Also if it's not too cold taking a walk at night and looking at the stars is a cool vibe.
S.S., Pandora new agey woo woo music, melatonin. Maybe some sleepytime tea. Terrible insomnia. Won't fall out until sometimes five or six in morning. Not fun. Really screws me up. But I do love the quiet of the wee morning hours so much. So, there's that.
