Any artists relate?

I very frequently draw myself (or characters meant to represent myself) hurting/ending themselves. Do any visual artists do this too? Even writers, do you write about your end in this overly glorified way? It's always felt weird or crazy of me to draw myself dead or dying so often, and I wanted to know if I'm alone in this or not.

Oh, that's comforting to hear. I was starting to think I was too obsessed with the topic when I started drawing it.
