any advice on my method?

first post on sasu lol hi..
Ive been looking through so many different methods for a while and im pretty convinced that I'll be using the night night method. SN was my first option, however it'd be extremely difficult to get the right things for it, also I've heard a few people's awful experiences with it due to the pain and nausea without meto so, its a little nerve wrecking. plus its super official; once you take it, it's over and that scares me a little. I know what i want but the idea there's nothing to fall back on once ive started doesn't feel great. ive also looked into the idea of using an exit bag, but again getting the things for it sounds a little difficult. the night night method is supposedly painless, plus ive attempted full suspension before and always thought thats how I'd go, and this feels somewhat similar.

id be appreciative of any suggestions on either other methods to look further into or tips on how to make sure I do it right, xx

I think the nighty night method is probably gonna be the one I choose as well, however unfortunately historically with a few people I knew It failed as they were able to move enough to stop the whole thing, if you're severely claustrophobic it might be incredibly difficult
