Anxiety has total control over me. I do not know what to do any more.

I know dude. Do you do anything to cope with it? If I am very stressed out I drink. Started doing that just recently and it helps tbh.

I'd recommend not starting to drink as a means of coping. I wish I hadn't. Would've saved me some heartache.

I barely drink anymore.

I, too, struggle with anxiety. I feel like I always have somewhere to be and I'm late.

Or, i feel like a wriggling bug being pinned to the wall. I hate everything about it.

I cannot tolerate any of the medications I have tried. Alcohol makes me sick too. I feel like I am ready to lose my mind. Someone mentioned buspar, and that is one I have not tried yet.

That sucks! Never tried that but I would prolly try it. I feel the same dude, the fear is so intense and you can feel it physically, its terrible.
