Does anyone else suffer from nearly puking from anxiety? I never actually have those 'I cant breath' panic attacks but I get a feeling like my throat is closing up,I cant swallow and then I gag pretty strongly a few times.

I wondered if anyone else had the same thing and if they managed to get rid of it.

I have had those symptoms not very often but sometimes when I'm more anxious I puke. I also take most meds on a empty stomach so that doesn't help either. I'm just not a breakfast person...

Yesss, its soo bad now... im sorry to hear you can relate.

Ginger or Peppermint tea or Gingerale can help a bit with the nausea and puking but in regards to the anxiety I am still tryna figure that out myself.

Whenever I am stressed I cant eat and I end up throwing up a lot and or/spitting up a lot basically..

When I was around my abusers sometimes would get so sick and puke... like after a fight or something.

My anxiety is now very physical and soo strong physically? Which I feel like is a build up of all the years soo

Im going to be trying different things. I want to explore herbal and medical resources.

Currently on a low dose of benzo that helps. I tried Kava Kava a few yrs ago. I liked it. That can be bought in tea form or capsules.

Sometimes I think the whole planet wakes up with this anxious feeling drowning in dread. You are not alone. I struggle with meds / addictive personality so I do the Artists Way by Julia Cameron - check it out.(ok, honestly I write about a page a day - stream of consciousness writing gets all the fearful rubbish out my head) It's works - but It's a therapy / recovery path that is quite demanding. Affirmations / Prayer (over and over and over) every nanosecond till it goes away or at least gets better.
