That was oddly satisfying, but it didn't help my mounting anxiety. I'm screaming inside. I feel like crying. My anxiety is really kicking my ass today. Ugh I wish I could drink my SN right now. I really need to finish getting a last few things done then do it. I've tried everything I can think of to try to reduce it or distract myself from it. Nothing's working. I want to give up. I wish I could just let myself break down, cry, just let it all out, and relieve my feelings, but I can't. My mom is home; actually she's sitting in the living room with me. I know it would be too suspicious if I just got up and went to my room. I guess I'll just have to wait it out and bear it. Fuck, I hate this. Fuck, I hate myself. I hate myself for being weak, for letting my anxiety get the best of me.

Is there anything in particular that helps you clam down a bit? What about a hot shower, a walk, reading, or drawing?

I went for a walk, listened to music, read a book, played games on my phone, and cuddled with my cat. These are all things that help sometimes. Nothing helped reduce my anxiety or distract me from it today.

What about working out? Burning off some physical energy might help.

Hello fellow Pokémon fan! Would it help to curb your anxiety a bit to hear that tomorrow, they're going to announce some more details about the Crown Tundra DLC for Sword and Shield tomorrow morning at 6 AM Pacific-time? Sorry if it doesn't help. I know how hard it can be to manage anxiety sometimes but for me, having live reveals to look forward to has helped me before in the past. I know that's kind of a long time to wait though so idk...I hope you find a way to relieve it soon. :aw:

That's something I haven't tried. I'd have to improvise and figure out ways to do it at home. I don't feel comfortable going to the gym because of covid.

YouTube some home workout videos. You don't need equipment.

I'm sorry you're feeling so badly due to anxiety tonight. :( I have debilitating anxiety w/physical symptoms from it, so I completely understand and empathize. I agree with others who've suggested some kind of physical activity to help alleviate the anxiety a bit. I usually clean. Vacuuming and cleaning the tub, stuff like that that's a little more vigorous than dusting. I don't know why but the combination of mindless chore, physical movement and instant gratification/satisfaction with the finished task helps. I hope you feel better soon. <3

If it helps, I appreciate you for playing those off-topic games with me so much. you deserve better than the suffering you have. you're one of the many who helped make me feel welcome here. do your best, whatever it takes. and if you go, I'll miss and remember spamming pokemon in the off topic games with you.
