I find when im having a panic attack, I can try to control it by listening to calm music and breathing to the beat of the song. It's really helped me a lot, I've almost mastered them now. I find milk of magnesia very calming when my stomach is being funny, maybe try having that? I make a cup of milk with it, it works really well to calm the stomach. If you like vegan milk, vanilla soy milk is my go to with milk of magnesia
A quarter of a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda dissolved in about 50ml of room temperature water usually helps me. Failing that a quarter of a lemon dissolved into a full glass of water often does the trick.
Me too feels better after listening to some soft music ( ruining my reputation here!) , or a guided meditation ( I love Jason Stephenson) or a walk outside...I hope it can help you as well!
