Antipsychotics for SN

Hi, it says in Stans Guide that Antipsychotics can be used as antiemetics with SN. However, it doesn't clarify the dosage.
Can somebody please explain the dosage, and when to take it? I have tried looking at all the forums on this site and nobody has provided any answers.
