Antiemetic dose, somewhere between stat and 2 days ahead dose?

I've previously done a stat dose and it didn't work to prevent throwing up alcohol. Taking antiemetics for two days, though, is very difficult to do mentally. I feel like I can plan up to 24 hours in advance at most, but not 36-48 hours before, as wikibooks recommends. Do we know of anyone that successfully CTB with an "ahead" antiemetic regimen of not longer than 24 h? Do you think dosing 12 hours before would work?

I'm on antipsychotics so I was planning on doing a stat dose before SN. I hope it works
