Help Antacid and Painkiller

Hello everyone, I hope not to bother with my questions but what would be the antacid and the painkiller that you could recommend? I have seen that some recommend Tagamet but I want to know some others that I can use with my SN

Famotidin or ranitidin for anti acid and
Paracetamol for painkiller
