max daily dose written on the bottle. taking more of it won't increase the effects but will increase negative effects.
you'll want to take it the reccomended effect time (probably 30 minutes to an hour beforehand) before you take the SN, as per stan's guide.
also per Stan's Guide, take the meto every 8 hours for a day in advance and on the day, in order to check you won't have a negative reaction and to help your body get used to it.Last edited:Upvote 0Similar threads
