These are the only feelings that ARENT FLEETING AND STAY with me when they show up when some stupid shit happens to me because of someone or something

I wrap my arms around you with a huge hug.

I have through all the decades have had the same feelings on occasion be it personal or in the business world.

I have learned through trial and error to do my best to LIG (let it go) as much as possible, as caring the feelings and the ulcers in my stomach around was like having rocks in a backpack that I would have been carrying. Useless.

I wish the very best for you my good friend and lots of caring thoughts and have a wonderful upcoming weekend.
