Yeah you will certainly piss and shit yourself. Not much you can do about that if you don't want to take pills.

Don't try until you have "emptied" yourself.
Read up on partial and try to hit it the first try.

it's my method too so far, you need to study neck anatomy and be aware of your body arteries so that you place a knot on the right spot...
