Does anyone dissociate, or have amnesic dissociation?
I've been really struggling with this recently. Does anyone have advice with how to deal with it? I get triggered badly by fights with my SO. I can't remember the fights, so he builds up resentment over issues that never get fully resolved because I have no memory of what happened.
I have self harmed while dissociating. I insert cannulas into veins and blood let. I am really struggling with it. I need any advice anyone has about how to cope
