Ammonium dichromate

Ammonium dichromate is listed in suicide wiki but I searched the threads and couldn't find anything about it. Care to share your opinions on it for ctb?

I don't see how It would be good substance. Chromium is toxic and carcinogenic.

From what I've read on google very briefly, one dies from organ failure, so I don't think it's fast nor peaceful.
