Amitriptyline and N

I just wanted to know if taking amitriptyline before drinking the 2 bottles of N would be ok? Like it won't interfere with the pentobarbital inducing permanent sleep ? I usually take 75mg of amitriptyline and it helps me become a bit drowsy and a few shots of vodka. Is it OK to take 75mg of amitriptyline with N? Then a couple of shots of vodka? Of course I'll be taking my antiemetics as required
