You heard the question.

The first year of university was nothing but a terrible loneliness. I would see people trying not to make eye contact with me, while my high school friends would call me from time to time. I only had a few close friends, but they were so close that they knew almost everything about me. And there were a lot of other people who did their best to avoid my presence, as if I was nothing...

But why? What do I have that is too much for you? Or what am I lacking? Is my existence too heavy for you to carry? But I thought I wasn't a burden. Or do you see me as a ghost? Am I nothing?

I want my existence, my feelings, my thoughts to have a volume. I want to know that I really exist.

I had the same experience in college. How are there all these lame people in college that have a bunch of friends? They join a frat/sorority and have their parents pay for them. I should have done that.

I think that most people are concerned with themselves and don't want to be involved with others.
