I started lurking here during a darker than usual phase. It wasn't at all what I expected. I have found the most honest, relatable, clear-thinking people I've ever "met". It's important to be able to say "I want to kill myself and am thinking of ways to do that" and actually have an exchange of ideas after that rather than having it all shut down. It's our only safe haven. Everywhere you are judged or get 5150'd or my personal favorite "go seek therapy" in to which I tell them to fuck off. People here are going through many struggles and while it's sad, it's also nice to be around those who "get it" instead of blue pilled normies who never had a bad thing happened to them. I really loathe those silver spoon fed piles of shit.
