Always crying

I dont know why i am making this thread but wanted to talk to someone i guess.
I cannot crying tonight.i have self harmed which normally helps but not tonight and it seemed extra painful.
I am so lonely and lost and i am really hurting.- i feel massively suicidal right now.

I'm not sure if you would like to go out to have a walk. If you did cut, then may be you don't want.
Do you have any anxiolytic? May be it would help you to calm down.

I'm sorry you're in so much pain. Depression is weird, it took away my ability to cry. I used to tear up at commercials and shit. If it helps there are others including myself that are suffering as well.

I get very depressed with benzos

Totally get how you feel Lara. I've been called over sensitive my entire life nothing wrong there. Something interesting though that I've just realised is I tend to only physically cry about other people's pain in the world the amount of suffering that takes place. Makes my soul hurt. Rather than cry about my own situation.
