y'all, god's not funny. jesus. it's been a month and i'll be refunded for my purchase from the guy in P. can't even fucking die in this bitch of a world.

where i live i think you _can_ get SN from around, except you need to acquire it as a legal entity, which is not ideal. if any of you've got any alternative sources where i can get it from (i'm based in eastern europe) please pm me, this is absolutely fucking ridiculous

Have you tried to message the seller? I've heard that usually if you message with a dispute on delivery he'll send another
Delivery times are quite lengthy from this seller, mine took 3~ weeks to the UK so maybe try and hold off a week longer.

it's been five weeks for me -- i've been messaging him for about two weeks now. he told me he'd refund me tomorrow if i didn't receive it by then
and i do have a tracking number but all i get for it are messages telling me it's unlocalizable

That usually means it's still somewhere in the sellers country, I had that issue up until about the 3rd week from my actual delivery date, it then gave me the tracking number for a delivery service that I was familiar with, so sometimes it may just be a matter of patience. Either way I hope your issue gets resolved :)
