all this pills make me so tired I can't function like a normal adult

yay.
in summary, I have a lot of antidepressants prescribed and also Xanax. they have a lot of side effects, but the worst is the huge tiredness and the fact that I'm almost all the time sleepy af. every time people call me lazy I want to cry because I'm so frustrated.

I can't be off the pills because they are helping me too, but I get asleep at every situation. I don't know what to do.
thank God Im broke cause at this point I'd be doing drugs all day to keep me awake

Oh yeah I have that issue as well, I need xanax because without it I have anxiety crisis for seemingly any random stuff, but I just cannot function properly the next day when I take it, brain fog, random naps, tiredness, sleeping 18h a day. I had to lower the dose from 2 pills a day to 1 just to be able to do stuff like going out for groceries. I hope you can find a way to manage too

I feel you... Been there too... I now have meds that help me with energy at least
