All I have is SN, what should I do?

I just have SN, no anti-emetic, i can easily get an ant acid like Tums however? How do I make it work, please I need it to be soon because I have unfortunately gotten in legal trouble that is not my fault in my opinion and have been wanting to end my suffering for a long time.

SN without antiemetics is definitely possible, prepare several glasses just in case

Sn is all you need. All the other stuff is just for a more comfortable road trip. The old Chevy will still get you to your destination. Don't worry about ac and bluetooth, just roll the windows down, turn your phone all the way up, stick it in your collar and step on the gas.

I went to dr and said I would get nauseated when migraines come and was prescribed Ondansetron (zofran) and now an ae is added to my kit. almost completed just need some benzos. I am ready to take it regardless if I got the rest or not, figured its a 50/50 shot without ae.
